Marietta Man Accused of Child Molestation
A Marietta man is accused of child molestation. Christian Gutierrez, 28, is accused of molesting a 15-year-old on March 11 between 9:30 and 10:03 p.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Gutierrez is charged with two counts of child molestation felony. He was arrested March 12 at 1:45 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Gutierrez remains in custody without bond.
Man with felony warrants arrested after short chase in Duluth
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A man who had two outstanding felony warrants was arrested following a brief pursuit and PIT maneuver in Duluth on Wednesday. According to Gwinnett County Police Department, their Crime Suppression Unit tried to stop a red passenger car around 1 a.m. April 17 in the unincorporated area of Duluth near Pleasant Hill Road and Venture Drive.
