Construction begins on Bella Balle Condominiums in downtown Cullman
CULLMAN, Ala. – Construction has begun on Bella Balle Condominiums, a three-story development that will add four condominiums and ground-floor commercial space to downtown Cullman, according to the Cullman Economic Development Agency (CEDA). Eller did not identify the buyer or disclose the purchase price. Real estate listings provide additional details about the residential portion of the project. The advertised units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with listed floor areas ranging from 1,983 to 2,040 square feet. Asking prices range from $649,900 to $699,900. Those figures are advertised prices, not confirmed sale prices. A listing dated Nov. 3 advertises Unit 2B, a 2,040-square-foot condominium, for $649,900. The listing provides another look
