DONIPHAN, Mo. (KBSI) – A Doniphan man faces DUI and other charges after an injury crash in Ripley County on Monday. Caleb M. Salinas, 20, faces charges of felony driving while intoxicated – alcohol – serious physical injury, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He was also cited for no insurance and fail to display valid plates, fail to secure child less than 16 in seatbelt and no seatbell.
