COSHOCTON − As the revitalization of downtown Coshocton continues, Christi and Jason Dolick hope their new Trackside Pub becomes more than a place to grab a drink. They envision a welcoming neighborhood gathering spot where residents, workers and visitors can relax, eat and connect. "We want everyone to feel at home here, just a place to hang out and relax," said Christi, who owns the business with her husband, Jason. Located in the former Shaw's Corner space on Main Street, Trackside Pub marks a new chapter for Christi. After working as a bartender and manager at Huck's Tavern since 2021, she embraced the opportunity to open a business of her own. Being part of downtown The location was important to Christie, who has watched new businesses open and revitalization in the area in recent years. She hopes to attract people working downtown and those who come in for events, such as the Our Town Coshocton summer concert series and shows at Studio 117. "I don't want to take from businesses, I just want to contribute my own to businesses," she stated. "We're a small community and we need to support all local businesses."
