Goheen, 27, from Pittsburgh, was driving a 2011 Toyota RAV4 northbound and collided with the Jeep. The collision resulted in the Jeep rotating and the RAV4 veering off the road. Astonishingly, due to the diligent use of seat belts, no injuries were reported among the involved parties, including Corey A. Oakes, a passenger in Vanderhoof's vehicle. Vanderhoof now faces charges for his traffic violation, highlighting a critical need for better adherence to traffic laws.
