Dolphin Report: Evan Noonan Repeats as CIF-SS Masters Champion, Leads 5 to State Track Championship
The state’s top distance runner added another piece of hardware to his impressive trophy case and earned another shot at his first state track championship. Dana Hills junior Evan Noonan won the boys 3,200 meters at the CIF-SS Masters Meet for the second consecutive season last Saturday, May 18, at Moorpark High School. Noonan is one of five Dolphins athletes to qualify for the CIF State Championships, including Jayden Hernandez (1,600 meters), Annie Ivarsson (1,600 meters), Paige Scheer (800 meters) and Roxy Meyer (triple jump).
