Township Residents Asked to Check Video Footage After Early Morning Car Thefts, Burglaries
BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Bordentown Township Police Department (BTPD) is asking for the public's help with its investigation into vehicle thefts and burglaries that occurred early Thursday morning in the Township. According to the BTPD, multiple suspects burglarized vehicles in three Bordentown Township neighborhoods — Bordenshire, Georgetown Estates and Williamsburg Village — between 1:30AM and 5AM. During the incidents, two vehicles were stolen. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER BTPD officers who were dispatched to the area to investigate recovered both vehicles, which were unoccupied, in Trenton shortly after they were stolen. The Department is requesting residents in the area who have surveillance systems to review their footage and contact Sgt. Bodycam footage released in fatal Hamilton Township police-involved shooting
The New Jersey Attorney General's Office released body camera footage of an officer-involved shooting that left a man dead in Mercer County.It happened around 10 p.m. on March 8 on the 1800 block of Orchard Avenue.Officers were called to the home for a reported domestic dispute.After speaking with a relative outside, bodycam video shows officers walking in as they're almost immediately met with gunfire.During the encounter, Hamilton Township Police Officers Derek Fiabane and Paul Piromalli exchanged gunfire with 44-year-old Vincent Correa inside the home.Officer Fiabane and Correa were both shot.Correa was pronounced dead at the scene. A rifle and a handgun were recovered in his possession.Officer Fiabane was transported to a hospital with non-fatal injuries and has since been released.The investigation into the shooting remains under investigation.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said East Hanover Police were called after a 6- month-old girl was noticed inside a vehicle parked in a parking lot on South Ridgedale Avenue at Route 10 in East Hanover around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.

FLORENCE — A woman who says she fell into an open manhole in a Wawa parking lot has filed a lawsuit against the company.
