Oregon State Adds Transfer Kelsey Rees
CORVALLIS – Oregon State added size and experience to its 2023-24 roster with the addition of Kelsey Rees, a 6-5 forward who spent three seasons in the Pac-12 at Utah. "We are excited to announce the signing of Kelsey Rees," Oregon State head coach Scott Rueck said. "I am so impressed by the person she is and the way she competes on the court. She is a versatile player who can play both post positions and is an offensive threat from all over the court. In addition to her low-post game, she has a beautiful three point shot, is an aggressive driver, and outstanding passer. Defensively, Kelsey is a tough defender and consistently blocks and alters shots and will fight for every rebound with intensity. She is a perfect complement to our roster as well as our community and we are happy she chose to be a part of Beaver Nation and our basketball family!"

Oregon Softball 2023 Season Review
2022 was something of a bumpy year for Oregon softball. The Ducks endured their Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad April, and in spite of that they did pick their game up - so to speak - at the end of the regular season, with a sweep of Oregon State and a series win over Stanford. Heading into the NCAA Tournament, the Ducks won both games against Wichita State but lost both games to #4 Arkansas, who advanced into the Super Regional (the Razorbacks hosted the Super Regional, but were bounced by Texas, who made it to the CWS and were runner-up to champion Oklahoma). Regardless, in spite of that disappointing April, they did make it to the post-season.
Logan Saldate, fast-rising 3-star wide receiver, commits to Oregon State Beavers over Oklahoma State, Washington, others
Palma (California) three-star wide receiver Logan Saldate has never taken a college visit - official or otherwise - to Corvallis. In fact, the 5-foot-11, 185-pound pass-catcher has never even been to the celebrated college town. But he knows it's home. On Monday, Saldate announced his commitment to ...
If Moving to the B1G is so Great, Why is Oregon Out-Recruiting USC?
It’s hard to ignore USC fans these days, as most of them seem far too happy about joining the B1G. They gleefully lord it over the rest of the Pac-12 as they seem to take some perverse joy out of the fact that they may have brought upon the demise of their current conference rivals. Which is rather pathetic when you think about it, because it’s not that USC has been all too dominant on the field for the last decade, but they are cheering the defeat of their rivals because they stabbed the conference in the back and are going to the B1G instead.
Pay Raises for Michalczik, Assistants, Keeps OSU Culture Train Moving.
A head coach is only as good as his staff. Well, maybe that’s not an actual saying in college football. But it doesn’t hurt to have continuity and quality on a coaching staff. Oregon State certainly thinks so. They rewarded key assistant coaches with significant raises in salary...
Where Will Beaver Baseball be Travelling to in the NCAA Tournament?
After a disappointing 0-2 showing the Pac-12 Tournament, the Beavers are backing in to the postseason. Despite the losses, the Beavers should still at least land a 2 seed in the field, though their odds of hosting a regional are long gone. The NCAA has announced the 16 schools which...

Oregon-Arizona final has questions that need to be answered tonight
Raise your hand if you expected an Oregon-Arizona final in the Pac-12 baseball tournament in Scottsdale, Ariz. There would most likely be very few hands raised because these two teams weren’t exactly hitting on all cylinders coming into this tourney. Oregon was a 6-seed and Arizona was an 8-seed for a reason. The Ducks were losers of five of their last seven, including being swept at home by Washington, the team they just defeated 12-7 in the semifinals. If Oregon hadn’t won its last two games over last-place Utah, this might be a very different article. As for the Wildcats, they entered the...
