Ohio State may have the easiest 2024 schedule in all of college football in the eyes of fans around the country.

Fans came together in an act of unity after seeing who the Buckeyes are playing in the fall. Ohio State starts off the year with Akron, Western Michigan, and Marshall before conference play opens.

The Buckeyes then face Michigan State, Iowa, Oregon, Nebraska, Penn State, Purdue, Northwestern, Indiana, and Michigan in Big Ten play.

Most fans already predicted that Ohio State will either go 12-0, 11-1, or 10-2 in the 2024 regular season. Ohio State has finished the season with at least two losses each year since 2021.

Ryan Day and Ohio State may not face any real adversity until playing Oregon, who will be in its first season in the Big Ten in the fall. At that point the Buckeyes could already be undefeated at 5-0.

Robert McVol is already prepared for another 10-2 season out of Ohio State.

    "The usual 10-2." he said.

Athens Steve went ahead and called Ohio State's schedule the easiest of 2024.

"This has to be the easiest schedule in CFB." Steve said.

One fan stated that the season opener against Akron is essentially a scrimmage for Ohio State.

"Basically a scrimmage in Week 1." they said.

A Florida and Michigan State fan believed that Ohio State would actually have three losses next season. He said that the Buckeyes would lose to Michigan State, Penn State, and Michigan.

One fan let Ohio State have it for having such a weak schedule despite claiming to be a national title contender.

"Softest schedule I've seen for a team that says they're contending." they said.

The first three games could be seen as scrimmages with how unthreatening they are. One fan played into how Akron, Western Michigan, and Marshall bring zero threat to Ohio State.

"Really taking on some tough ones in those first three games..." they said.

Another fan questioned what the point of expanding the Big Ten was. Even with Oregon, Washington, UCLA, and USC joining Ohio State still has this kind of schedule.

"It’s amazing that in an expanded big ten we still live in world where they still manage to open with Akron, Western Michigan and Marshall," they said. "Embarrassing"

The Game at the end of the season could decide Ohio State's College Football Playoff hopes again, according to some fans.

"It's going to come down to the Michigan game again for them." they said.

It's looking like Ohio State won't have a tough road to the playoff if all goes according to play. However, college football is wild and unpredictable each year.
