Wilsonville’s only movie theater screened its last films (“Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning - Part One” and “Barbie”, if you’re wondering) on July 20 after Regal Cinemas parent company Cineworld filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and announced a company reorganization, according to a July 13 press release. Entertainment Properties, a real estate investment trust that owns the property, has since put it up for sale. Located at 29300 SW Town Center Loop, the theater was built in 1997 and sits on 5.71 acres of land. It’s listed at $8 million, or $229 per square foot. The property also has 250 parking spaces. Envision Realty Advisors West is handling the property sale.
