Texas A&M Lands Commitment From No. 1 Quarterback In California

Four-star quarterback Husan Longstreet announced his commitment to Texas A&M. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound quarterback is from Centennial High School in Corona, California.

He committed to the Aggies over Auburn, Ole Miss, and Oregon.

Longstreet is the No. 51 overall prospect and No. 6 quarterback in the class of 2025. He ranks as the No. 1 quarterback and No. 2 player in California, according to the On3 industry rankings .

He earned All-State honors last season after completing 66.8% of his passes for 3,013 passing yards, 24 touchdowns, 645 rushing yards, and seven rushing touchdowns.

Following Longstreet's commitment, Texas A&M's 2025 recruiting class ranks No. 13 nationally and No. 7 in the SEC. He is the highest-rated commit for the Aggies in the class of 2025.
