Buffalo Bills Sign Son Of NFL Legend Following 2024 Draft

The 2024 NFL draft has come and gone and we now enter the undrafted free agent signing period.

One of those undrafted free agents is Southern Mississippi running back Frank Gore Jr.

On Saturday night, it was announced that Gore Jr., the son of NFL legend Frank Gore Sr., has signed with the Buffalo Bills.

Frank Gore Sr. spent one season with Buffalo in 2019, so his son is familiar with the organization. This played a part in his decision to sign there.

NFL reporter Cameron Wolfe posted the news to social media.

"Former Southern Miss RB Frank Gore Jr. — son of future Hall of Fame RB Frank Gore Sr. — is signing with the Buffalo Bills, per sources."

During his four year career at Southern Mississippi, Gore Jr. recorded 759 rush attempts for 4,022 yards and 26 touchdowns. He was named to the first-team All-Sun Belt in 2022.
