China Spring man suing SpaceX, claiming rocket launch caused damage to his home
CHINA SPRING, Texas — A China Spring man has filed a lawsuit against SpaceX for over $250,000, claiming the vibrations from rocket tests have caused damage to his home. According to court documents, Edward Leslie is claiming that on Feb. 22, 2023, SpaceX launched rockets at a testing site near his property in McLennan County. Leslie claims that SpaceX's "negligent testing of rockets and the rocket's continuous vibrations" caused his home's foundation to shift.
