For more Permian Basin weather…check here on https://www.yourbasin.com/weather/forecast/. Thunderstorms may be a bit more widespread across West Texas later today, but before then in the mid afternoon, Meteorologist Ryan DePhillips expects temperatures to soar into the 80’s, 90’s, and low triple digits for most, above normal for this time of year. Where those winds will collide will be where the storms will form, but conditions will be clearer from clouds and cooler tomorrow as a cold front arrives with northwesterly to northeasterly winds.
