Clemson Commit Flying Up Recruiting Rankings

A Clemson commit continues to move up the boards after his decision.

2025 four-star safety Tae Harris committed to the Tigers March 18 and is one of the biggest risers in the class over the last year. He’s showcased his talents at multiple events and it’s paying off.

Harris shot up On3’s rankings, going from no. 298 in the country to No. 53. He’s also a unanimous four-star across the four major rankings.

ESPN has Harris as No. 60 in the country, and the fifth-best safety. The 6-foot Georgia native joined the Clemson family after de-committing from Georgia last season.

At both Rivals and 247Sports , Harris is a top-20 safety in the country. There’s no doubt that Harris is devoted to being at Clemson, and was in town for the spring game.

Harris is the Tigers’ lone secondary commitment in the 2025 class to this point, and it’s a big one for Clemson’s last line moving forward.
