Citizen reports dangerous driver
A West Monroe man was arrested for his third DWI last Saturday on Interstate 20 near Ruston. A state trooper stopped Caleb M. Chavers, 26, at about 4:30 a.m. last Saturday morning after a concerned motorist reported his erratic driving to Louisiana State Police in Monroe. The trooper spotted Chavers walking away from his parked vehicle westbound on I-20 between Choudrant and Ruston.
