ROCKFORD — An actress and filmmaker who is the daughter of one of the world’s most acclaimed directors is coming to the city for the annual 815HORTS Film Festival. Domenica Cameron-Scorsese will be a special guest on closing night of the three-day festival at City Stage Studios, 821 First Ave. She’ll be joined by Ben Thompson, vice president of shorts programming for the Tribeca Film Festival, for a conversation exploring her films, the origins of Tribeca and her family’s connection to the festival. 815HORTS runs from Thursday, Nov. 12 through Saturday, Nov. 14.
