Zanesville chiropractor takes ownership of national coaching company
A Zanesville chiropractor has taken ownership of one of the nation's longest-running chiropractic coaching organizations, expanding the local area's connection to a company that works with doctors across the country. Transformative Leadership for Chiropractors, known as TLC, announced the ownership transition at its annual Strategic Planning seminar in Princeton, New Jersey, according to a community announcement. Founders Dean DePice and Jen DePice, while remaining active as coaches and advisors, have transferred ownership to Ryan and Sarah Weaver. Ryan Weaver owns Apex Spine and Performance in Zanesville, where he built a practice from a single adjusting table into a multi-provider clinic. The company said that experience helped position Weaver to lead TLC, a coaching and mentorship organization that provides training, curriculum and peer support to chiropractors nationwide. "I did not come to TLC as an outside buyer. I came to it as a member," Ryan Weaver said. "Everything I have built in my own practice, I built on what Dr. Dean and Dr. Jen taught me." The company said its coaching programs, curriculum and event schedule will continue without interruption under the new ownership team. More information is available at transformwithtlc.com .
