Palmerfest smallest in 20 years, city official says
Palmerfest, held Saturday, concluded “fest” season in Athens and was smaller than past years, according to city officials. “Palmerfest was the smallest we’ve seen it since we’ve worked for the city, and I’ve been here 20 years,” Athens Service-Safety Director Andy Stone said.
