In Remembrance 5K Run/Walk is May 27
Registration deadline is May 5 for the In Remembrance 5K Run/Walk hosted by the Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce on May 27. The Memorial Day run/walk starts at 8 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park in Rice Lake. Run/walkers will follow Lakeshore Drive until Highway 48, then travel south to Short Street. The route then heads south on Wilson Avenue until Water Street where they will cross Main Street and traverse across the walking trail bridge. The last leg of the route will take runners and walkers down Main, Messenger and Newton streets to reach Lakeshore Drive on their way back to the park. To register visit ricelakechamber.org.
