BULLHEAD CITY — The FBI and Secret Service are seeking a man who allegedly stole thousands of dollars from ATMs in Bullhead City. The suspect reportedly used a fake bank card to acquire money from at least two ATMs in the area.

BULLHEAD CITY — After more than two months of ongoing discussion, the Colorado River Union High School District will consider authorizing its superintendent to bid in a state auction for land surrounding the Anderson Auto Group Fieldhouse. At least one other entity will likely compete for the purchase.
New bridge linking Laughlin, Bullhead City now open
A second bridge connecting the communities of Laughlin and Bullhead City, Arizona will be opening on Friday. The 724-foot-long bridge is located 8 miles south of the other bridge connecting the two towns.
Kari Lake to visit Bullhead City on Sunday
BULLHEAD CITY — U.S. Senate candidate Kari Lake will visit Bullhead City on Sunday for a Mohave Town Mixer at Anderson Auto Group Fieldhouse. Lake, whose last visit to Mohave County in April included a campaign stop at the Colorado River Republican Women's Club meeting at Chaparral Golf & Country Club, is scheduled to arrive at 3 p.m. at the fieldhouse. The doors will open at 2 p.m.
Coffman battles back in Mohave Valley dirt
Wayne Coffman of Weldon had to make up time in his recent stock car racing adventure in the desert. Coffman made the trip to Mohave Valley Raceway in Arizona on May 18. Things went south at the beginning as according to Coffman they missed the set up. Knowing they needed to right the car to get into the main. Him and his team made some changes and battled back through the field in the B-Main. They came across the line in second which moved them into the starting grid of the Main.
Woman in Sunday PWC crash taken to Las Vegas trauma center
BULLHEAD CITY — A woman reporting a neck/back injury after a watercraft crash early Sunday was flown to a trauma center in Las Vegas. "A 62-year-old woman and her adult nephew were riding their wave runner northbound on the river when they hit a wave from another wave runner and fell off," said Emily Fromelt, Bullhead City Police Department spokeswoman. The woman was flown to a trauma center as a precaution.
Laughlin Aquatic Center opens for summer season
LAUGHLIN — This past Memorial Day weekend was full of fun and coolness for around 200 locals and visitors who enjoyed chilling and swimming at Laughlin’s pool and waterslide, all for $1 per person under 17 years or over 55, $2.00 for adults, and under 3 free. Bullhead City teenager sentenced to 10 years in prison for 2023 Rotary Park drive by shooting
KINGMAN — A Bullhead City teenager charged with two others in the June 2023 drive-by shooting at Rotary Park was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison. Anthony Donnelly Kemp, 17, pleaded guilty a month ago to drive by shooting. Charges include attempted murder and four other counts were dismissed.

Pool party: Bullhead City Municipal Pool opens for free swim on Memorial Day
The Bullhead City Parks & Recreation Department threw a Memorial Day pool party with free admission at the municipal swimming pool at Ken Fovargue Park on Monday. About 200 people took advantage of the opportunity to cool off and play some lawn games. It also was National Sunscreen Awareness Day with Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and the BHHS Legacy Foundation teaming up to present sunblock, first-aid kits and sun safety information to attendees.
