Penn State football went 3-0 in this year’s voting for three alumni-elected seats on the Penn State board of trustees. Former Nittany Lions players Brandon Short, Matt McGloin and Carl Nassib finished 1-2-3 in the five-way field, clearing the way for them to join the 36-seat board at the start of the new academic year in July.

Ty Salazer scored eight goals and added two assists Thursday as the State College boys lacrosse team defeated Northern, 19-3, in a Mid-Penn Conference Keystone Division game. Penn State women's basketball hires new assistant coach
A coach is making his return to Happy Valley. Carolyn Kieger has hired Sean Bair to join Penn State's coaching staff as an assistant coach. Bair, who was the Director of Video & Analytics for Penn State in the 2020-2021 season, returns to the Nittany Lions coaching staff after spending the last three seasons with Monmouth.
