Morristown Police Asking Community to Identify Woman Who Kicked Glass Door, Causing "Significant Damage" on South Street
MORRISTOWN, NJ - Do you know this woman? According to police, on April 20, 2024 at approximately 1:16 AM, an unidentified white female was observed standing in the area of 23 South St. in Morristown. The woman kicked the lower section of the left glass door in the area of 23 South St. causing significant damage to the door, said police. Plainfield man sentenced to 40 years for girlfriend's murder
A 24-year-old Plainfield man has been sentenced to 40 years in state prison for the 2020 strangulation death of his 19-year-old girlfriend. Bryan Gonzalez Martines, was sentenced May 15 to four decades in state prison by Union County Superior Court Judge Thomas Isenhour, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel and Plainfield Police Director James T. Abney announced.

Police Identify Edison Resident Killed in Early Morning Accident on Route 1
EDISON, NJ - Police have identified the Edison resident who was killed in an early morning accident on Route 1. Raul Montoya-Chavez, age 22, was hit by an SUV while riding on an electric scooter on Wednesday morning, according to authorities. Police say the accident occurred at 1:46 AM on Route 1 South at the intersection of Plainfield Avenue.
