Forget about buying a button or wristband to see a show at the 58th annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts in July. All live entertainment hosted by the Arts Festival will be outdoors and free to attend this year, festival organizers said in a press release on Friday. Mediator used to help settle dispute between State College Borough, local sewer authority
CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — A lawsuit between State College Borough and the University Area Joint Authority is continuing in Centre County court, under mediation. UAJA, the Centre region's main sewage treatment provider, first filed suit in 2022, claiming the borough owed more than $400,000 in late fees and service charges.
