Man Trapped In Newark Area Crash Saturday
Delaware State Police are investigating a crash that left one man hospitalized Saturday. Officials said at approximately 9:30 a.m., New Castle County Paramedics and the Aetna Hose Hook and Ladder Company were dispatched to South Chapel Street near Pencader Plaza following in Newark for reports of a motor vehicle collision with entrapment. Authorities have identified the 53-year-old driver killed in a crash with a garbage truck earlier this week in Gloucester County.
