Magic sends small army to state track and field meet
After crushing the regular season, the Monticello track and field teams crushed it once again at the Section 5AA Track and Field Championships last week. The Magic hosted the section meet at Monticello High School. The prelims began on Tuesday, May 28 with the finals taking place on Thursday, May 30. St. Cloud State expanding cannabis courses
St. Cloud State University is expanding their course offerings in cannabis education to include nine-week career training courses. The online classes are designed to provide students with job specific skills and knowledge to jumpstart their career in the cannabis industry. Upcoming start dates are June 17 and August 5 for the career training courses.

Israel Ogunleye represented Cooper track and field as the program’s sole Class AA state meet participant on June 7 and 8 at St. Michael-Albertville High School.
