PEORIA (25News Now) - A Bloomington woman and her husband are headed to federal prison for running what prosecutors said was a drug distribution center in their family home. Christina Noonan, 44, was given five-years and eight-months in prison while Wesley Noonan, 50, was sentenced to four-years behind bars for conspiring to distribute and possessing with intent to distribute a type of fentanyl.
