Sedalia Woman Injured in Henry County Crash
A Sedalia woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred early Friday morning in Henry County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2017 Acura MDX, driven by 22-year-old Sulamite Gerasimchuk of Sedalia, was on Missouri 23 at Missouri 2 (west of Windsor) just after 2 a.m., when the driver failed to stop at a stop sign, traveled off the roadway, struck and became airborne. The MDX then rotated and came to rest off the roadway in a field.

The Chamber also shared that Blue Collar Technology Group, Inc. has received its business license and joined the Chamber. The company is developing and updating computer systems, iPhones, and iPads. They have also installed a computer for customers to print photos. However, they will only accept payments through PayPal, Square, and Venmo due to counterfeit bills.

Henry County Health Center Donates Bike Helmets to Clinton Christmas Cheer
Henry County Health Center (HCHC) presented Clinton Christmas Cheer with bike helmets for children receiving a new bike for the holiday. The funds for these helmets were provided by the Maternal Child Health Contract that is managed by HCHC. Pictured below from left to right are: Tyler Pulcini (HCHC Outreach Coordinator) Peggy Powell (Christmas Cheer Representative) and Peggy Bowles (HCHC Administrator). Clinton High School students in Mrs. Thompson’s Introduction to Marketing class have been creating their own product displays for the holiday season. Students were tasked with creating a seasonally appropriate display that would increase sales in a concession stand. They planned their displays and showcased Clinton Cardinals merchandise alongside various concession offerings. Displays were judged on the customer’s ability to access to merchandise, a clear distinction of merchandise vs decoration, and visual appeal.

Community Choir Beginning February 1
Do you like to sing? Would you like to make new friends? A Community Choir, led by Mark and Gay Smith, is being formed with practices beginning February 1, 2024. Weekly Crash Report for Henry County from Missouri State Highway Patrol
On Saturday, November 25, 2023 a crash occurred as vehicle 1, driven by Xzavier M Ray, age 18 of Clinton, MO failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the roadway, and struck a tree. Driver 1 was ejected. The crash was assisted by TPR T.R. Williams #595. The driver of the vehicle was taken to Research Hospital by Life Flight with serious injuries.
