Serious injuries reported in Bates County crash
BATES COUNTY, Mo- A Butler man was seriously injured in a single vehicle accident early Tuesday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, 18-year-old, Dylan D. Randalls, was traveling Northbound on I-49 when his 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee ran off the side of the roadway. The vehicle continued to strike a signpost, tree, and fence.

FLORISSANT, Mo. — On Thursday afternoon at the St. Louis County Library Florissant Valley Branch, some of the region's key stake holders filled the room. It was the first meeting for the new 'Save Lives Now' Advisory Council and it's the first time the St. Louis region is taking a regional approach to reduce homicides and shootings, aiming for a 20% reduction over three years.
