FHP: At-fault driver in 5-car crash charged with homicide
SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Florida Highway Patrol says the man behind last week’s five-car collision has been charged with vehicular homicide. It began with two troopers trying to pull over Aramis Harrison, a standard traffic stop. They tried near 301 and Tallevast, but Harrison, who had several warrants out for his arrest, switched places with the woman behind the wheel in order to try and escape police.

Multi-car crash causes major delays on southbound Howard Frankland Bridge
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A multi-car crash on the Howard Frankland Bridge caused major delays Friday morning for commuters heading toward St. Petersburg. Traffic cameras and video from Sky 10 showed a massive backup of cars starting around 6:30 a.m. on southbound Interstate 275 behind a mess of wrecked cars.
