Two underage girls are recovering after a shooting early Sunday morning. It happened just before 1 a.m. on 4th Street near Madison Street. Troy Police are releasing very few details about their investigation but the family of one of the girl’s hurt in the shooting said she is 11. The other girl is allegedly 14.
