Cohoes eatery opening for season with new menu, new website
Back Nine Bistro, located at Van Schaick Island Country Club in Cohoes, is getting ready to open for the 2026 season. Owner Thomas Graziadio said the restaurant is reopening on St. Patrick's Day on March 17 with a festive celebration.
