A Mercer County man is dead after he was attacked by a bull on his property. Troopers with Pennsylvania State Police tell 21 News the man, identified as Rick Joy was doing routine work in his pasture Tuesday, April 23 in Jackson Center when a bull became aggressive and attacked him shortly before 11:00 p.m.
