A Mercer County man has been sentenced to seven years in prison after being convicted of violating federal laws that protect children against sexual exploitation. Federal investigators say 22-year-old Hank Fisher of Jamestown, PA distributed images and videos of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Fisher had thousands of images and videos of child sexual abuse, according to prosecutors.
