    Man sentenced to prison in pandering obscenity case

    YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Struthers man was sentenced to five years in prison on Tuesday.

    According to court records, Carlos Gonzalez, 35, was sentenced on 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

    Gonzalez was originally indicted on 20 charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor, but 10 of those charges were dropped as a part of a plea deal in March.

    According to court records, Gonzalez has to register as a Tier II sex offender.
