PIKEVILLE — Charles B. Aycock High School English teacher Andrew Clifton Richards, 37, Walstonburg, was arrested on Friday morning. On April 26, a female filed a report with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office alleging an inappropriate relationship with a teacher while she was a student at Charles B. Aycock.
