Toddler found in Southeast DC
WASHINGTON — Police found a toddler wandering the streets of D.C. on Sunday night. Now they are asking for the public's help to find his family. Police say the boy is about 1 or 2 years old, with black hair in short twists and a pierced ear. The boy was found in the 1700 block of S Street Southeast around 11:30 p.m. on April 28. That's near The Living Water Church and Anacostia High School. Police have not offered any additional information about the circumstance surrounding the discovery of the boy.

WASHINGTON (7News) — Five teens were arrested for stealing several items from a CVS store in Navy Yard earlier in April, announced the Metropolitan Police Department. A group of teen girls and boys went into a CVS store in the 1100 block of New Jersey Avenue in Southeast, D.C. on April 16, police said. The group stormed the store, took some items and left.

A Salisbury man was killed in the early morning hours on Saturday in a shooting while leaving a Washington, DC restaurant, the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch announced.
