Man shot dead in Southeast DC, police continue investigation
WASHINGTON (7News) — A shooting left a man dead in Southeast, D.C. on Tuesday evening, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Police said they responded to the 1900 block of 18th Street on June 11 for the report of a shooting. When they arrived at the scene, police said they found a man, later identified as 18-year-old Dionte Alexander, of Southeast, D.C., suffering from gunshot wounds.
