A Wilmington woman is out on bail after she allegedly stole more than 2100 dollars' worth of clothing from a Newark-area department store. 37-year-old Lamir Herris walked out of a Kohl's store on Route 40 with the merchandise Friday afternoon, and when a trooper spotted her with the stolen stuff in the parking lot of a nearby Wawa, she ran, Delaware State Police said.
