Chaos struck the Walnut Hill section of West Philadelphia as a group of vandals targeted the Olympic Tower Apartments. The Philadelphia Police Department, tasked with safeguarding the peace, is now on the hunt for ten suspects responsible for the mayhem that ensued in the late hours of May 1, 2024.
