Highs in the Low 70s and Hit-or-Miss Showers Expected for Rockford, Freeport, and Beloit on Halloween as Rain Chances Climb Late Week
ROCKFORD, Ill. — The Stateline region of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin is in for more clouds and a turn toward wetter weather this week. Even so, mild temperatures are here to stay through the rest of October and into the first days of November. Highs are expected to stay in the 70s for the foreseeable future. On Halloween, trick-or-treaters may dodge most raindrops, with only a hit-or-miss shower in the forecast.
