Williamsport, Pa. — A man delivered crack cocaine to an informant near W. Fourth Street three times in January, according to detectives with the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit.

Ronald Morton, 41, of Williamsport allegedly agreed to the deals with the informant as detectives listened. Morton sold .51 grams of the substance for $80 in marked bills each time he met the informant, detectives said.

Morton is being charged with three counts each of criminal use of a communication facility and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Morton is free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
