The Tavern at Liberty Farms Opens in Ghent With Pub Fare Straight from the Fields
Mark Cheffo, owner of Liberty Farms, values food from the ground up. And even though the Town of Chatham said no to their tasting room, thanks to Donal Collins, his undisclosed relationship, and his vouching that a luxe manse is a farm, the town is now about to be “handled” by the state. Good job, Donal.
