Authorities are urgently searching for Michael Santos, a 29-year-old man reported missing since yesterday afternoon. Santos, described as having a thin frame at 5’5” and 120 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and distinguishable glasses, was last sighted in the Nesmith St./Andover St. area at around 12:30 p.m. Lowell Police Department released this information, also noting that he has a notable tattoo on his neck.
