Recipe for Flatbread with Cherry Tomatoes, Organic Sausage, Spinach, Onion, Fresh Arugula, and Mozzarella

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pre-made flatbread or flatbread dough
    • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/2 cup organic sausage, cooked and sliced
    • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
    • 1/4 cup sliced onion
    • 1/2 cup fresh arugula
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • Olive oil, for brushing
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Prepare Ingredients: If using flatbread dough, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
    3. Layer Toppings: Start with a layer of mozzarella cheese on the flatbread. Then, evenly distribute the sausage slices, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and onion over the cheese.
    4. Baking: Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
    5. Add Arugula: Once removed from the oven, immediately top with fresh arugula. The heat from the flatbread will slightly wilt the arugula.
    6. Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste, slice, and serve hot.

    Enjoy your homemade flatbread!
