Arrow shot toward playground in Wisconsin while children were present, investigation underway
HARTFORD, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin are investigating an incident after a child found an arrow that damaged a piece of playground equipment on Monday. According to the Hartford Police Department, shortly before 5:30 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report that someone had shot an arrow at the playground equipment located at Centennial Park in Hartford.

Oregon’s Bizzy Vieaux finished first place in the pole vault at the Spartan Invitational on Friday, April 19, at West Bend West High School. Vieaux cleared 9 feet and was one of 11 top six finishers for the Panthers. Oregon senior Anna Johnson took second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.02 seconds. She added a sixth-place finish in the 300 hurdles (54.27). The Panthers’ 800 relay team took second (1:52.0), just behind West Bend West’s winning time of 1:48.76.
