Tarkio man injured in Holt County motorcycle accident
(Big Lake) -- A Tarkio man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Holt County over the weekend. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on Lakeshore Drive near the city limits of Big Lake shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday. Authorities say a 2009 Harley Davidson, driven by 51-year-old Jason Conn of Tarkio, was northbound on Lakeshore when it failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the right side of the road, striking a ditch. The patrol says the vehicle was moved prior to officer arrival on the scene.
