    Watertown store sells 2 winning $250K lottery tickets on same day

    WATERTOWN, Conn. (WTNH) — A Watertown grocery store was double lucky this week when it sold two winning Connecticut Lottery tickets in one day.

    Both people played the $500,000 CASHWORD game on Thursday and won $250,000, according to the state lottery. The tickets were sold at Fresh Market on Litchfield Road.

    One winner is from Bethlehem, and the other is from Oakville. They have not been named.

    Are you a winner, but don’t know it? Four big ticket prizes remained unclaimed, as of Friday.

    A Fast Play – $10 STACKS OF CA$H PROGRESSIVE ticket drawn on Tuesday has a prize of $12,669. The ticket was sold at Stop & Shop in New Milford. The winning number is 100% OF JACKPOT.

    A Cash5 ticket drawn on April 25 has a prize of $100,000. The ticket was sold at the Burnside Smoke Shop and has the winning numbers of 1-4-14-16-29.

    A Cash5 ticket drawn on April 21 has a prize of $100,000. The ticket was sold at Country Farms in Hebron and has the winning numbers of 6-18-24-32-35.

    A Lucky for Life ticket drawn on April 19 has a prize of $25,000 a year for life. The ticket was sold at the Stop & Shop in New Milford and has the winning numbers of 5-8-24-28-34 LB-5.
