WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are investigating after a man said his house was shot at, and one of the bullets came through a child’s bedroom.

According to a police report, officers were called Wednesday to a house on Merriweather Ave. SW where they talked to a man who said that he woke up around 3 a.m. and noticed that a curtain was moved in the house but didn’t see anything else and went back to bed. The next morning, the man found two bullet holes in the front of the house. He waited for his kids to go to school and called police.

Officers found a bullet hole in a child’s bedroom, one in another room and a bullet lying on the floor.

No shell casings were found outside. The bullets were taken for evidence.
