One man hospitalized following two vehicle crash on Grand Central Ave.
VIENNA, W.Va. (WTAP) - A two vehicle crash on Grand Central Avenue sent one driver to the hospital on Sunday. At around noon, the driver of a maroon Honda Odyssey turned right out of the gas station at 7023 Grand Central Avenue. The Odyssey collided with a Ford F250 travelling south on Grand Central.
Local law enforcement gives condolences to the Maynard family and the WVSP community

Several years ago I decided to take the time and drive around our town to see for myself what areas and places really needed some TLC. My first observation was a triangle in the middle of Emerson and Dudley avenues that was neglected with overgrown grass and weeds, which caused me to contact the city to see if they would help to correct this sore spot with light posts and beautification of the area. I was hoping to get nice fancy lights like the ones on Market Street downtown and they liked my idea. I didn’t get the fancy lights I was hoping for, but it was better than no lights.
